1. Automatic Refund Conditions
An automatic full refund is processed immediately in the following circumstances:
- • Timer Expiry: If the 5-minute countdown expires without any incoming SMS received, the order is flagged as EXPIRED and the purchase price is credited back to your wallet.
- • Manual Cancellation: You can click the "Cancel & Refund" button on the live order screen at any time before an OTP arrives. The cancellation request is processed instantly and your money is immediately refunded.
- • Line Allocation Failure: If the network cannot allocate an active line or the number is invalid, no funds are deducted.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued under the following conditions:
- • SMS OTP Successfully Received: Once a verification code has been captured and rendered on your screen, the digital service has been successfully fulfilled.
- • Wrong Service Selected: If you ordered a number for WhatsApp but requested an SMS for Telegram, the service charge cannot be refunded if the upstream provider treats the code as delivered.
3. Wallet Balance Policies
Funds added to your RVSIM wallet via UPI are non-refundable to original bank accounts due to payment gateway reconciliation restrictions. However, wallet balances carry no expiration date and may be utilized across any present or future virtual number orders.
4. Support & Discrepancies
If your wallet balance fails to reflect an automatic refund or you experience any payment discrepancies, please reach out via our Support Desk with your Order ID or UTR number for prompt resolution.
